This La gourmet product is warranted free from defective materials and workmanship for stated period from the date of the registered purchase. Any part of the La gourmet products which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new operative part free of charge accept for knobs, handles, cover and glass.
- The warranty becomes null and void if any unauthorized alteration is made to the La gourmet products and/or if the La gourmet products is tampered with in any manner whatsoever.
- This warranty does not cover the following:
- - Any damaged to La gourmet products due to accident, negligence or mishandling.
- - La gourmet product is continuously subject to high heat (a slight rainbow colour will appear but does not affect the performance of the cookware) is continuously baked in salt which may result in pilling.
- Note: All La gourmet cookware's handles, knobs, glass covers and accessories; Thermalware's covers and accessories are spare parts that subject to wear and tear and can be replaced at nominal cost.
- - La gourmet shall not in any event be liable for any loss and/or damage (consequential or otherwise) to the customer for any defects in the La gourmet products. Neither shall La gourmet liable for any delay in the performance of the warranty.
